Complementary health social protection contract for staff under private law (compulsory membership contract) and for public law staff (optional membership contract)

The consultation package includes a basic offer corresponding to the basket of care to which applicants must respond to. Two variants are required: variant No. 1 corresponding to current guarantees and variant No. 2 corresponding to current enhanced guarantees on certain items. A variant at the initiative of the candidate is also provided.

The contract will be concluded for a period of 6 years.

The annual contract due date is December 31 midnight.
