The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the organization and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Porąbka Municipality and the management of waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in PSZOK. The details of the contract are set out in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes the following activities: 1) Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), which should meet the requirements described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the contract; 2) Free acceptance to PSZOK of waste delivered by residents and owners of real estate located in the Porąbka Commune of the following types of waste: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, excluding waste that is part of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries; waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, furniture and other bulky waste, ash, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste in the amount of up to 500 kg per calendar year (from each owner of the property inhabited and inhabited in part) constituting municipal waste, waste of textiles and clothing, used tyres, waste not qualifying as household medical waste as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; NOTE the costs of managing the indicated groups of waste constitute the costs of the Ordering Party. 3) Transport of all waste accepted in PSZOK, except for waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries - to the installation, i.e. to the Waste Management Plant S.A. in Bielsko-Biała at Krakowska 315d. 4) Management of waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in PSZOK. NOTE: the costs of managing this waste are the costs of the contractor. The Contractor is obliged to transfer the entire stream of waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries collected in PSZOK to an appropriate waste treatment installation that will ensure the production of a product from them (e.g. compost, fertilizer).
