Description:
Sanitary maintenance and cleaning of the windows and frames of the premises of the administrative center of the SPW located on Boulevard du Nord 8 - three lots

The purpose of this contract is the sanitary maintenance and cleaning of the windows and frames of the premises of the administrative center of the SPW located at Boulevard du Nord 8.

This contract is a service contract divided into lots that can be awarded separately:

Lot 1:

- blocks A to D on 7 levels including walkways, interior spiral staircases, central aisle, elevators and SAS as well as block E on 10 levels including elevators and SAS. Also included in this lot is the parking lot, the archive corridor and the archives (-1) and the surroundings of the building;

- post 1: offices, auditoriums and meeting rooms;

- post 3: corridors and hallways;

- post 4: entrance hall and hall of the central elevator batteries of all floors, corridors;

- post 5: interior street, walkways, metallic spiral staircases;

- post 6: sanitary;

- station 7: kitchenettes;

- post 8: archive corridor -1;

- item 9: stairwells;

- post 10: elevators and SAS;

- post 11: indoor parking, external loading dock and SAS of the unloading dock;

- post 12: around the periphery of the building;

- station 13: smoking room - main building entrance (-1);

- item 15: doors and windows;

- extension 16: postal sorting.

Lot 2:

- blocks F to I on 7 levels and blocks J to M on 7 levels including walkways, interior turning stairs, central aisle, elevators and SAS;

- post 1: offices, auditoriums and meeting rooms;

- station 2: Open Space;

- post 3: corridors and hallways;

- post 5: interior street, walkways, metallic spiral staircases;

- post 6: sanitary;

- station 7: kitchenettes;

- item 9: stairwells;

- post 10: elevators and SAS;

- post 14: sports halls, changing rooms and adjoining showers;

- post 15: doors and windows.

Lot 3:

- cleaning of the windows and the interior and exterior frames of the entire building with the exception of the interior part of the canopy.

- blocks F to I on 7 levels and blocks J to M on 7 levels including walkways, interior turning stairs, central aisle, elevators and SAS;

- post 1: offices, auditoriums and meeting rooms;

- station 2: Open Space;

- post 3: corridors and hallways;

- post 5: interior street, walkways, metallic spiral staircases;

- post 6: sanitary;

- station 7: kitchenettes;

- item 9: stairwells;

- post 10: elevators and SAS;
