Enova invites tenderers to an open tender contest for consultancy services for technical assistance for Norwegian applicants for EU's Innovation Fund. Enova administers Norway's participation in EU's Innovation Fund, and has been granted a national role by the Ministry of Climate and the Environment. The aim of this procurement is to obtain expert assessment and mentor services for interested Norwegian parties and applicants for EU's Innovation Fund for the period 2021-2023.

Enova invites tenderers to an open tender contest for consultancy services for technical assistance for Norwegian applicants for EU's Innovation Fund. Enova administers Norway's participation in EU's Innovation Fund, and has been granted a national role by the Ministry of Climate and the Environment. The aim of this procurement is to obtain expert assessment and mentor services for interested Norwegian parties and applicants for EU's Innovation Fund for the period 2021-2023.

In order to fulfil an important function in Enova's portfolio of services for Norwegian applicants for EU's Innvoation Fund ('InnovFund'), the selected tenderer will provide preliminary assessments of candidate project proposals, hold exclusive courses, and offer strategic advice to individual applicants. In addition the consultant will provide technical assistance to Enova and contribute to Enova's internal capacity building.

The consultancy assistance includes the following services:

— viability assessments of candidate project proposals;

— courses on application work for relevant applicants;

— strategic advice for individual projects;

— technical assistance and support for capacity building in Enova.

The consultant is required to have a good understanding of InnovFund's procedures and criteria on a strategic and practical level. The consultant must also have experience from marketing new climate technologies within the scope of InnovFund, or from similar innovative and complex projects.
