Order description:
1) gardening work consisting of, m.in. weeding, planting bulbs, perennials and ground cover plants, seasonal plants, watering, fertilizing, preparing vases and flowerbeds for planting, removing faded inflorescences, replacing land in flowerbeds,
2) maintenance works in the field of low greenery – cutting hedges, weeding clusters of shrubs and hedges, watering shrubs, mulching, removing shrubs
3) care of high greens — tree care cutting, fueling, regrowth removal, weeding bowls, watering, fertilizing, tree removal,
4) mowing lawns,
5) raking leaves and impurities from lawns,
6) various cleaning works – emptying baskets, washing benches, baskets and information boards, maintaining cleanliness in the immediate vicinity of benches, maintaining cleanliness and patency of aisles, raking dirt from the dog run
7) export of "tosses" impurities,
8) winter cleaning of paved surfaces and stairs,
9) replacement of boards in benches, painting of benches
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract and in Annexes 2a and 2b to the SWZ – price form – list of services, in Annex 3 to the SWZ – conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards for the performance of works, in Annex 4 to the SWZ – list of parks, in Annex 5 to the SWZ – list of services under the option right.
1. The subject of the contract is: "Execution of works related to the maintenance of low and high greenery, including the purchase of plants and the ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in parks in the Targówek District m.st Warsaw".

The Contracting Authority provides for awarding services to the existing Contractor, a contract referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services. The Contracting Authority provides that the unit prices of individual services indicated in the cost estimate may be up to 20% higher than the unit prices of the basic contract.
The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in relation to the value of the basic contract was determined up to 30%, in the case of having financial resources – as part of the project described in the provisions of the SWZ. The order will be executed on the terms and conditions of the basic agreement.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Article 441(1) of the Act, according to which the Contracting Authority may commission the Contractor, for additional remuneration, to perform the contract in a given financial year of the Contracting Authority.
