The subject of the contract is: Support service for the e-Health Centre in the development of ICT systems by providing the services of consultants with a specialization in IT Architect. The contract includes the provision of a specialist whose required qualifications and experience are described in detail in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). The expected total number of man-hours is a maximum of 6,104, including 4,104 rbh guaranteed and 2,000 rbh optional.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
