 Collection, sorting, transport and distribution of letters, addressed publicity, newspapers and magazines up to 2kg

 Collection, sorting, transport and distribution of postal parcels up to 10kg

 The distribution of postal packages received from other Member States of the European Union up to 20kg

 Services related to registered and declared value consignments

 Unaddressed shipments are not considered postal (.see www.bipt.be)

This applies to customers who are or become members of Opdrachtencentrale vzw during the term of the framework agreement.

Opdrachtencentrale vzw acts as a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article 2, 6° of the Act

The subject of this government agreement is the conclusion of a multi-annual framework agreement (2023-2027) on "the provision of universal postal services" CPV classification: 64110000

In application of Article 85 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may refrain from awarding the contract or restart the procedure, if necessary in another way.
