Goods will be acquired under the terms of the Framework Agreement Slumping outfits 2022-2023. The extinguishing outfits are used as protective equipment for the Rescue College's formal and applied exercises (including traffic accident and hot drills).

The acquisition includes shutdown outfits as a bulwark for the Salvation College's teachers and students. Purchasing quenching outfits should be two-piece (jacket and trousers). In students, both the trousers and the jacket are blue in color. For teachers, trousers are blue, and in color the jacket must clearly stand out from the blue jacket of the students.

Teachers work between exercises in very hot conditions, so the top cloth of the teachers jacket should have a very good heat resistance. The top fabric of the teachers' jacket should be PBI material (polybenzimidazole) or similar. The bidder may choose to offer two different coat designs for the procurement unit, one jacket model for students and the other for teachers. If the bidder offers two different models of jackets, the tenderer shall provide the required explanations and certificates of all the products offered. The tenderer should note that the trouser model offered in this case should be compatible with both models of coats offered (compatibility certificates to be submitted).

After dirty exercises, the extinguishing outfits are washed industrially in the laundromat. The extinguishing outfit should withstand industrial water washing at least 60 degrees Celsius. The bidder must indicate whether the outfit offered should be dried in the dryer or dependent.

The contracting entity selects one (1) supplier with which it concludes a framework agreement. The framework agreement shall be drawn up on the basis of JYSE Goods 2014 terms. The contract period is 2 + 2 years and starts with the signing of the framework agreement. After a two-year contract period, the contracting entity may adopt two option years, with the contract period ending no later than four (4) years after the signing of the contract.

The procurement amounts presented in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute an obligation to purchase the contracting entity. The call for tender describes the basic product required by the contracting entity, in addition to which the contracting entity may make procurement from the other range of the selected contract supplier in relation to the extinguishing outfits.
