The object of the contract is the ongoing maintenance and regular basic and special cleaning as well as glass cleaning of the properties of the city of Wesseling listed in the tender documents. The object of the contract is divided into three partial lots.
Building maintenance cleaning includes repetitive cleaning work at fixed time intervals. Depending on the type of cleaning work to be carried out, the result of the cleaning work to be achieved can vary. In principle, cleanliness must be established and a good visual impression of the rooms/buildings must be created. Maintenance cleaning includes the cleaning and maintenance of floor coverings, walls, stairs, furniture, appliances, window sills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, washing and bath facilities, interior glass surfaces, mirrors, table, wall and ceiling lights, and room equipment items at certain intervals. The cleaning objects can be cleaned dust-free, streak-free and water-stain-free. This includes removing stains and caring for, treating and protecting the surfaces (taking existing care instructions into account, if applicable), as far as this can be done according to the state of the art. The scope of cleaning and the time intervals result from the enclosed procurement documents.
