The subject of this contract is the contractor's successive provision of guide services and their coordination at the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw, consisting in particular of providing guides to guide organized groups and individuals on specific routes of visiting PGE National.
The contracting authority requires, and the contractor undertakes to carry out the following activities in the scope of basic operation of visiting PGE Narodowy:
1. Guided tours of individual and group tours in accordance with sightseeing routes and schedule.
2. Accepting group and individual reservations through the reservation system provided by the customer.
3. Accepting phone and e-mail reservations and sales for organized groups in the field of sightseeing.
4. Accepting phone and / or email reservations and providing information on other daily attractions sold by the contracting authority, after prior agreement with the contractor.
5. Accepting phone and / or e-mail reservations and providing information on Smart Kids Planet - Smart Play Center. Providing costumes for the tour team in the spring-summer and autumn-winter version.
6. Preparation / training and examination of a group of guides and coordinators providing sightseeing services.
7. Daily coordination of the work of the team responsible for handling tours, viewpoint, audio guides.
8. Monitoring the quality of the tour team's work (whenever the 'tour team' is referred to as: guides, coordinators, ticket controllers and office assistants).
9. Managing the equipment and furnishings of the rooms used during sightseeing.
10. Operating a sightseeing warehouse, in which materials, guides' work tools, and products related to visiting services are stored.
11. Daily opening and closing of sightseeing routes.
12. Setting up and dismantling the materials presented on the sightseeing routes before and after the whole-field events (eg football changing room equipment).
13. Deployment of movable signs related to sightseeing (before and after each full-field event).
14. Verification of tickets before the start of the tour.
15. Controlling tickets at the entrance to the viewpoint.
16. Printing promotional materials.
17. Considering and conducting complaints in writing from group organizers or individual clients in close cooperation with the contracting authority.
18. Support for business groups in the field of sightseeing, including control of the number of groups.
19. Support for groups organizing birthdays at PGE Narodowy in the field of sightseeing.
20. Providing a minimum of 55 audio guides with the required power equipment.
21. Ensure the availability of audioguides every day of the viewpoint's operation.
22. Providing disposable headphones dedicated to the audio guide.
23. Providing a lanyard to hang the audio guide around the neck.
24. Control of the release of audioguides for persons who have adequate proof of paid rental.
25. Rental service on all days and hours of viewpoint availability.
26. Conducting a complaint process related to the rental of audioguides.
27. Service and maintenance of audioguides.
28. Receiving audio guides by staff.
29. Providing a secure way of storing devices in the trip storage room or other place indicated by the contracting authority.
30. Preparation of promotional texts and photos to be posted on the PGE Narodowy website.
31. Uploading broadcast to all devices.
32. Cooperation with the contracting authority to ensure daily operation of the tour.
33. Cooperation with cashiers servicing the sale of tickets and gadgets to ensure proper customer service.
34. Cooperation with employees of other websites operating at PGE Narodowy, consisting in constant information on the demand for individual websites.
35. Cooperation with the contracting authority as part of the development of tours and additional attractions during sightseeing, in order to constantly increase the attractiveness of the product.
