The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery and installation of an intelligent, modular sorting system for the needs of the Warehouse Process Automation Laboratory at the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "Expansion and equipment of training, exercise and research laboratories in accordance with the international standards of the STCW Convention and the OPITO, GWO organization".
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the object of the order — Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
