This co-exclusive assignment includes;

the commercialisation and sale of 37 market-based new-build apartments and 50 underground parking spaces within the 'Kaai 24' project, owned by sogent.

It concerns CASCO-plus finished apartments where the contractor advises sogent on the further finishing (kitchen, bathroom furniture etc ...) of the apartments before the sale starts.

The contractor may also be asked, at no additional cost and within the specified fee, to guide the prospective buyers in their choice of finish, consisting of an exhaustive list to be drawn up by the contractor and sogent.

The contractor is responsible for drawing up the sales file, conducting publicity, scheduling and executing viewings.

The contractor then makes a sales compromise and submits it to sogent for approval.
