Special services in the context of service phase 8:
- Engineering control of the execution of the structure for compliance with the tested static documents;
- Participate in the monitoring of the execution of the structural interventions for conversions and modernizations.
The property at Bischof-Senger-Str. 28-30 in Döringstadt (Groh estate) is to be renovated and upgraded for public use as a community center.
Depending on the property in question, additional services that are required may be added or some of the service areas listed may be omitted. The scope of the planning service also depends on the respective project, for example with regard to the work phases to be performed or basic services or special services in accordance with the HOAI.
The planning results from the service phases 1 to 4 are made available to the structural engineer by the contracting authority as the basis for the services in question.
