2. Quantities and a detailed description of the products are included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use (unit price form) and Appendix No. 2A (required parameters).

3. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered products have a shelf life of not less than 24 months from the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters.

4. The quantities of products given in the unit price form are indicative and the Ordering Party has the right to order smaller quantities, but not less than 60% of the contract value.
