The object of the construction project is the new construction of the youth leisure facility at Räcknitzer Steig 12 in 13593 Berlin. The construction project is a new building within a residential area. The gross floor area of the building is approximately 2,300 m2. The building consists of a ground floor and 2 upper floors. On the ground floor are the house connection rooms for electricity, heat and drinking water. The room for data technology is located on the 2nd floor.

The aim of the electrical service package is to provide the general power supply for the building, consisting of the low-voltage main distribution and the eight sub-distributions for the development of the usage units with approx. 140 2-way and 90 1-way sockets on the respective floors. A lighting system consisting of approx. 300 luminaires and approx. 40 emergency luminaires will be installed.

Approximately 180 data ports are provided for the passive data infrastructure. In the area of the hazard alarm systems, a home alarm system consisting of approx. 11 hand buttons, 19 point-shaped smoke detectors and 44 acoustic signal transmitters is planned. For the burglar alarm technology, a trap monitoring system is used in the corridors.

For the sun protection system, a control system for approx. 50 motors is planned.
