In this call for applications, the tenderer is expected to draw up and submit a dossier in which he demonstrates that he is a suitable candidate for the assignment. A maximum of 8 candidates per plot will be selected. The aim is to allow the contracting authority to weigh in on suitability to carry out the contract.
