The tenderer shall ensure Statsbygg's need for on-site construction management for the work included in the electro technical contracts for the project. Requirements for which services will be provided by the construction manager, are described in the attached function description for construction management.

Note that the construction management for all disciplines shall co-operate in solving the projects' total challenges, and all construction managers can therefore be imposed to attend to other assignments, e.g. in relation to other contracts, interface between contracts and requirements for work in connection with completion of projects.
