— tenders for consultancy services for a project manager facilitating and engineering design, who shall be a part of Statsbygg's project organisation.

Project manager facilitating and engineering design:

The project manager facilitating and engineering design will have the following main responsibilities:

— Public plan processing,

— Room and function programme,

— Construction programme/user coordination,

— Engineering design services.

The project manager facilitating and engineering is the builder's representative for the engineering design group (PG) and will be responsible for ensuring that the overall targets for the engineering design work are concretised and followed-up in the detail and construction phases. The main assignment will be to manage the engineering design group as well as coordinate Statsbygg's own technical disciplines in the project so that the project's targets for cost, quality and completion are met.

The project manager engineering design reports to the project director.
