The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders with a maximum total value for the full term of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) set out below and subsequent contracts. Some lots are broken down into tranches (firm and optional tranches) in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 1 March 2024 or, failing that, from the date of notification of the contract, whichever is later. It is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months
