A freezer microtome will be procured for the Institute for Surgical Research at Rikshospitalet. 

A freezer microtome will be procured for the preparation of tissue sections from frozen tissue for histochemical examinations in research. The freezer microtome will be used for histochemical examinations of biopsies from both patients and rest animals.
