The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Przodkowo Commune along with the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Przodkowo Commune together with the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, and in particular:

1.1. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Przodkowo Commune.

1.2 . Collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected at the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, located in the area located at the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodków, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ as PSZOK;

1.3. Operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodkowo at 30 Makowa Street;

1.4 . Collection and management of wastewater from the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodkowo – skratki and sandpit.

1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract attached to this SWZ. The execution of the subject of the contract must be in accordance with the attached documents, applicable law.

3) The Contractor is obliged to proceed with the performance of the service within the time limits specified by the Contracting Entity.

4) The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the route of municipal waste collection on his own and at his own expense.

5) All. Vehicles intended for the execution of the contract should be permanently and legibly marked (company name, address data and telephone numbers), should be registered, admitted to traffic, have current technical inspections and certificates of admission to traffic
