The existing children's clinic, at the Aschaffenburg location, is to be replaced by a new building, including the

Functional unit childbirth, as a parent-child center. The new parent-child centre aims to:

west of the main building of the hospital.

It is intended to identify the functional positions:

— General paediatric and adolescent nursing including IMC and infection approx. 64 beds,

— Paediatric intensive care (2 planned beds according to needs assessment 14.12.2018),

— Neonatology Intensive approx. 16 beds,

— Neonatology IMC approx. 22 beds,

- medical service,

- Emergency department,

— ambulance,

— obstetric outpatient clinic,

— Include delivery (7 delivery rooms) with caesarean section.

All ancillary and technical rooms necessary for these uses (e.g. changing rooms, staff rooms,

Storage areas, disposal, standby services, bed preparation) are to be accommodated in this building.

The functional positions prepartum care, maternity and neonatal care with NME (neonatal maternal unit) remain in the ward buildings A 01 and B 01 in the stock of the main house.

A connection to the existing building (main wing) must also be taken into account.

It is a measure funded by the Free State of Bavaria.

The planned building is an approx. 115 m long and approx. 34 m wide house with up to 5 floors (E0 to E05). The terrain drops from approx. 217 mNHN in the southwestern area to the north and west to approx. 194 mNHN, so that the lower levels E05, E04 and E03 are partly above and below ground. Level E05 is only available in the northern part of the building, in the middle part of the building the building closes with level E04 and in the southern area level E03 forms the lowest floor. According to documents handed over to us, the three flat foundation levels 209.3 mNHN, 204.5 mNHN and 200.1 mNHN can be distinguished. For the production, a construction pit up to 8 m deep is necessary. Due to the hillside location of the project site, the excavation pit will be built as a cut in the slope, so that a shoring must be built mainly in the southern and eastern areas of the planned building. In

A permanent slope stabilization up to approx. 8 m high must be created in parts. There is a preliminary planning (LPH 2) of the structural engineer for the excavation shoring. The subsoil was mainly described from fillings, loess- and hanglehm as well as rock in varying degrees of weathering and decomposition. Due to the partly very loosely stored sand, the building is to be founded deep on piles according to the ground surveyor. In the weathered to unweathered rock (gneiss/mica schist), one to two stretched groundwater levels were opened up to the final depth according to ground surveys. However, according to the ground survey, a relevant water level is not to be expected, so that no trough pit and only a so-called daytime water drainage are necessary.

The services of the object planning civil engineering structure shoring according to §§ 41, 43 HOAI LPH 1-3 as well as the structural planning shoring according to §§ 49, 51 HOAI LPH 1-3 have been provided and are available including cost calculation. This must be adhered to due to the procurement of subsidies.

A suitable engineering office is being sought for the subsequent services of the object planning of the civil engineering structure §§ 41, 43 HOAI LPH 4-9 and the services of the structural planning civil engineering structure construction §§ 49, 51 HOAI LPH 4-6.

The assignment is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, the work phases 4-7 and 4-6 are commissioned. There is no legal claim to the further commissioning of the respective subsequent service level, as well as the client reserves the right to provide individual services within a service level itself or by third parties.
