MULTIANNUAL PUBLIC SERVICE PROCUREMENT for the purpose of implementing, integrating and implementing an IT identity management solution (PHASE 1) and an IT access management solution (PHASE 2), including the associated maintenance and support services, for the benefit of UNamur.

The purpose of this multiannual public service procurement procedure is to support the implementation, integration and implementation of an integrated IT identity management solution based on midPoint technology (PHASE 1) and access management based on Keycloak technology (PHASE 2), as well as the associated maintenance and support services, for the benefit of UNamur. Although not loti, the contract is however subdivided into 2 distinct PHASES, each of these phases being itself composed of 2 distinct PANS:

 Identity management and provisioning (phase 1)

o Implementation support (Pan 1)

o maintenance et support (pan 2)

 Access management (phase 2): authentication, federation and authorizations

o Implementation support (Pan 1)

o maintenance et support (pan 2).
