1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task: “Reducing pollution emissions — exchange of heat sources in Łęczyca Municipality”.

The object of the order is: the execution of design documentation and work aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of:

- biomass boilers (pellet) - 32 pcs.

− Liquid gas boilers — 58 pcs.

− natural gas boilers — 9 pcs.

The object of the order is: the execution of design documentation and work aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of:

Installations of heat sources are to be installed in residential buildings owned by private individuals. Residential structures belonging to private individuals that are subject to the contract are single-family buildings, one or two storeys.

In the objects in question, the preparation of c.o. and c.w.u. is carried out using individual heat sources. The energy needed for this purpose is mainly derived from coal and wood. Electricity is sourced from the National Electricity System.

The Contracting Authority does not have the design documentation of buildings or any other technical documentation on buildings.

The Contractor should adjust the installations for installation in individual buildings. Installation technology should use as much as possible finished and prefabricated elements. Combining individual elements should be done in a way that ensures the greatest durability possible.
