The service to be acquired applies to the recruitment of both Business Finland Oy and Innovation Finance Centre Business Finland (hereinafter also referred to as 'Business Finland') and demanding professional roles. The Innovation Finance Center is a government agency, so for recruits placed there, state recruitment principles are followed. However, the majority of recruits will, according to the current estimate, target Business Finland limited company.
A limited procedure shall be followed as a procured procedure. The object of the acquisition and the course of the procurement procedure are described in more detail in Annex 1 to the request for participation description.

Roles to be filled through direct search may include:
- Business Finland management team positions (both Ltd and Agency)
- Business Finland's middle management positions (reporting to the management team - both Ltd and Agency)
- Requiring expert positions (e.g., senior level experts in circular economy, digitalisation, energy sector, etc.)
A team specialising in recruitment of 3-4 person professional roles and managerial roles will be applied to the service, which will be able to deliver the service in both Finnish and English. Business Finland currently has operations in 34 foreign offices in addition to Finland, so recruitment services must also be available for non-Business Finland offices if necessary. Business Finland's current foreign offices are listed in Annex 2 to the request for participation in Business Finland, Global Network.
