This contract covers a complete mission of author of architectural project and additional services.

The purpose of the project is to create a crossing element for the fauna of the Sonian Forest (with rest areas, water point, ...), to allow animals to cross the N275 (Chaussée de La Hulpe) safely, without being disturbed.

The project also includes the construction of a secure cycle path on the same roadway, between the roundabout of Europe and the regional limit (in the continuity of the cycle path recently built on the part located in Flanders of the N275).

All the services related to this contract are described in Part D – technical clauses and include both the classic services of a complete project author's mission and certain additional services, among others:

* the establishment of a sustainability plan;

* the establishment of a management and maintenance plan;

* acoustic and vibrational study;

* the phytosanitary, biodiversity and ecological study of the site;

* translations of certain documents and plans into the language FR/NL other than that of the offer.

The office undertakes by its request for participation/ its offer to provide an adequate team for the execution of the mission.

The bidder's attention is drawn to the fact that the mission will involve the organization and participation in numerous meetings and good bilingualism (FR/NL).
