- Providing/handling soft and hardware support and warranty on (existing) Active network components (access points, routers, switches and related components and accessories, almost all from Cisco);

- Providing Active Network Components (extension and necessary reactive replacement);

- Providing services (support with updates, etc.).

In addition, the supplier is able to support ROC van Twente in its maintenance strategy for all locations of ROC van Twente, so that ROC van Twente itself (through its ICT organization) can take care of the daily and small maintenance of the Active network components. Supporting consists of supplying parts but also repairs and advice. The Contractor must take over the current warranty conditions of the Active Network Work Components.

The cost of support on Active Network Components in recent years (2020 and 2021) amounted to around 100,000 euros including VAT per year.
