Transport and recycling of street sweepings

The object of the contract is the conclusion of a service contract in the legal form of a framework agreement with a single economic operator on the recycling of the street sweeping, including transport from the client's transfer point to the contractor's recycling facility.

The contract begins with the award of the contract.

The estimated quantities and the maximum quantities are 12,000 tonnes, based on the maximum contract period. For the avoidance of doubt, it is pointed out that the contractor is not entitled to call off a certain quantity.

The contract has a fixed term of 1 contract year. Thereafter, it shall be tacitly extended by a further contract year if it is not terminated by the Client with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month or by the Contractor with a notice period of 9 months to the end of the month. The contract ends at the latest after the end of the 4th year of the contract.

Irrespective of the deadlines specified in sentences 1-4, the framework agreement loses its effect when the maximum quantities (12,000 tonnes based on the maximum contract period) are reached, depending on which of the two events occurs first.
