The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of sports goods, sports equipment and rehabilitation props for Jysk Joint Procurement. This is a single supply procedure. The call for tenders shall be conducted as open procedures, cf. Annex II. The Public Procurement Act, LBK No. 10 of 06/01/2023, which means that anyone can submit a tender. The expected turnover for the framework agreement has been estimated on the basis of previous activity/consumption and expected activity/consumption changes with the assumptions known at the time of the offering. The expected turnover is therefore not binding on the contracting entity.
