The public contract is a framework agreement that sets all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
The framework agreement is concluded without any minimum and without maximum for all its duration of validity within the meaning of the article R. 2162-4, 3º of the code of the public order.
The public contract is processed at unit prices fixed in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).
