The new administrative buildings at Pulverstraße 11 extend the existing campus in two stages. The new buildings will create an additional 990 jobs. Part of this invitation to tender is the first stage. The first stage comprises around 600 workplaces including the basement with garage for both stages and surroundings.

The construction costs BKP 1-5 amount to approximately CHF 60 million in the first stage.

The Ittigen Pulverstrasse 11 project is better prepared than Minergie-P® in the Minergie-Eco®, GI® Good Indoor Climate, Zero Emission / Primary Energy labels. The recommendations of the KBOB leaflet "Building when the climate gets warmer" must be implemented.

- NPK 771 curtains and interior decoration works

- 500 decorative curtains,

- 800 Mobile Room Decorations.
