The city of Heidelberg is planning the construction of a new day care center with 4 groups.

For the construction of the turnkey two-storey building, from the upper edge of the floor slab, the Heidelberg Building Department is looking for a construction company as general contractor. The building plot is located in the Stettiner Straße - corner Kirchheimer Weg.

The building is to be prefabricated as far as possible in order to enable a rapid implementation of the project.

The finishing work and the work of the technical installations should also be kept to a minimum "on site" with the help of a high degree of prefabrication.

For the external components and constructions used, the contractor must choose the passive house standard.

The preparation of the following services are not part of this invitation to tender and will be commissioned separately:

- Earthworks and foundation

- Ground pipes and foundation grounding

- PV system on the roof

- Escape balcony, bridge and stairs on the north façade

- Kitchen equipment and furnishing

- locking system
