VT/2022/016: The pilot project will explore how innovative, impact-oriented approaches could allow to improve the effectiveness of social policies currently based on the payment of means-tested welfare benefits by shifting towards a system focused on smart activation. This new approach will also be expected to reduce the administrative costs associated with the current delivery system of welfare benefits and increase public spending efficiency in the long run.
