1. The subject of the contract is the supply of printing equipment for the needs of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.
2. The procedure is divided into 4 parts.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical parameters of the equipment, description of the requirements of the ordering party in the scope of implementation and acceptance are specified in Annexes ASP-01-D for part 1, ASP-02-D for part 2, ASP-03-D for part 3, ASP-04-D for part 4 and the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 6 to the SWZ.
4. The technical parameters given in Annexes ASP-01-D, ASP-02-D, ASP-03-D, ASP-04-D to the SWZ are minimum requirements, i.e. the Contractor may offer models that comply with the requirements of min. or models with faster print speeds, faster first page-out times, more powerful processors, more memory/disk, no shorter warranty, etc.
5. The economic operator may submit one tender for one, several or all parts of the procedure in question.
Colour A4 Multifunction Printer1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a color device with the function of printing up to A4 format, copying and scanning documents. 2. A detailed description of the order, technical parameters of computer equipment can be found in Annex ASP-01-D to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The technical parameters given in Annex ASP-01-D to the SWZ are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models that comply with the minimum requirements or models with better parameters, i.e.: higher printing speed, faster first page out printing time, more efficient processors, more memory / disk, not shorter warranty, etc. 4. The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 12 months. The warranty period begins from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the order. 5. The description of the subject of the contract should be read together with any changes in the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of answers to contractors' inquiries. 6. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL. 7. The offered subject of the order will be complete and ready for use after installation without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party. 8. The Contractor shall provide instructions together with the equipment in paper or electronic form in Polish.
9. The Contractor declares that the delivered subject of the contract will be brand new, unreconditioned and free from manufacturing and legal defects and that it has all the attestations and certificates required by law. 10. The delivered subject of the order will not be older than 6 months from the date of manufacture of the equipment. 11. Delivery of the subject of the order shall be at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 12. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements set out in the applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, has been admitted to trading and has valid documents required by law, confirming admission to use in the EU, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ. 13. The subject of delivery must meet the requirements of Polish standards transposing European harmonized standards or – in the absence of them – European technical approvals, common technical specifications, Polish standards transposing European standards, Polish standards implementing international standards, Polish standards, Polish technical approvals.
