Planning, construction and commissioning of a substation
Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH (Leipziger Stadtwerke, hereinafter LSW) is planning to build a ground-mounted photovoltaic system (PVA) with a total output of approx. 50MVA/64MWp northwest of the village of Heiligengrabe in the municipality of the same name in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district.
The photovoltaic system will be connected to the 110kV overhead line network of the local grid operator e.dis GmbH via a substation (UW) to be built.
The grid connection has already been applied for by the client.
According to the grid operator, the connection can be made by a single branch connection to the on-site 110kV overhead line "Falkenhagen - Wittstock 3" on pylon 122.
The substation is to have a large transformer with a corresponding 110kV switchgear, a medium-voltage switchgear, its own needs as well as protection, control and telecontrol connections.
In order to meet the future requirements for grid stability through the expansion of renewable energies and the associated need for the use of energy storage systems, the construction of a battery storage system with a capacity of approx. 7MVA with an energy content of approx. 14MWh is optionally planned.
In principle, the client is entitled to carry out a change of contractual partner to an investment company that has yet to be founded.
