Bergen Vann is an agency in Bergen Municipality. The agency must ensure good and satisfactory water supply and good and environmentally correct sewage treatment.

Bergen Vann operates and manages the municipal water and sewage installations in Bergen Municipality, and operates the municipal water and sewage installations in Bjørnafjorden Municipality. The agency has approx. 250 employees and a turnover of approx. NOK 1 billion. The employees are currently localised in Spelhaugen 22, Fjøsangerveien 68, and at numerous water treatment and sewage treatment facilities.

The contract involves procurement of cast iron products for outdoor public use.

Roads and streets in Bergen and Bjørnafjorden municipality contains approx. 20,000 manhole covers that are connected to the municipal Water and sewage systems. These manhole covers must be replaced regularly due to wear and tear. Approx. 1,000 manhole covers per annum are replaced in connection with this work. The framework agreement includes the procurement of manhole covers and manhole frames of different sizes and shapes.
