Framework Agreement 4 - Wastewater Consultancy. Machinery and process plantsApplications are received from more than 5 suitable companies per month. Framework Agreement, the Contracting Entity will select the 5 companies per company. Framework agreement, which, on the basis of the references of the applications received, has documented the most relevant technical and professional capacity in relation to the consultancy services for which they offered the Framework Agreement for which prequalification is sought. This means references that document experience with consultancy services, as described in Appendix 9 of the tender documents for the Framework Agreement in question. For references that have not been completed, the Customer only weights consultancy services performed up to the application deadline.
