Project planning services according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, Section 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 2-9

The waste management company (ABK) of the city of Kiel is planning to build a new accommodation for street cleaning in Kiel-Friedrichsort as a replacement for abandoned accommodation. It is planned to build several parts of the building with a social wing, storage, garages, covered parking spaces and washing areas. The climate protection goals of the city of Kiel must be taken into account. The conditions for implementation as a lighthouse project are to be examined. The property has a size of approx. 3,100 m². The total construction costs of KG 200 to 500 are estimated at approximately EUR 2.3 million net (plus 19% VAT).

For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile of building and interior planning according to HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past. Work phases 2-9 are to be processed. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service descriptions.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
