A feasibility check was created for this measure, which should provide assistance and be taken into account as part of the basic determination of service phase 1.
This includes the renovation and expansion of the two-storey pavilion (existing building) from 2007, the renovation of the main building (existing building) and expansion of the main building (new building), the demolition of the one-storey pavilion and the redesign of the schoolyard area.
When planning the construction work, it should be borne in mind that the two-storey pavilion will still be used until July 31, 2020.
The subject of this call for tenders is the basic services of the technical building equipment service profile according to sections 53 ff. HOAI of service phases 1 to 8 and optionally service phase 9.
The client may assume that the two refurbishments and the expansions of separate properties are in accordance with Section 11 HOAI and will disclose the eligible costs in detail in the tender documents.
The project is implemented according to a suitable BIM standard. The task of the BIM manager should be performed by the object planner if necessary.
