1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party. 2) Forecasted amount of energy consumption - 1.638.096 kWh, including energy settled in the tariff: a) C12a - in the forecasted amount 1.620.830 kWh b) C12w - in the forecasted amount 14.092 kWh c) C12b - in the forecasted amount 874 kWh d) C11 - in the forecasted amount 2 300 kWh 3) Place of electricity supply: 60 electricity collection points, specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4) The Ordering Party informs that the estimated annual energy consumption is only calculative and does not constitute an obligation to purchase it. The actual amount of purchased energy during the performance of the contract will result only from the current needs of the Ordering Party. 5) Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the applicable Energy Law together with executive regulations, regulations for the operation of equipment
