Background:

EInnsyn is used by public entities to give the general public access. The system was developed in a cooperation between Difi and Oslo Municipality. Difi is responsible for running the system. eInnsyn is currently used by government entities that are covered by the scheme with a public electronic post journal and by Oslo Municipality. There will, however, be a growth in the number of entities that use eInnsyn.

EFormidling is a joint system for secure and efficient message exchanges in the public sector. In brief, eFormidling enables communication with entities (and eventually also inhabitants) in a simple and secure way, without having to take whether the recipient is a private or public entity into consideration. The system is in production and is already used by several entities.
