The purpose of this public contract is to assist the project owner in the implementation of a responsible digital strategy for the benefit of each member of the order group. This public contract is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, then R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code with the following amounts:Territorial public establishment Boucle Nord de Seine: No minimum amount; Maximum amount: €45,000 (excl. VAT). Municipality of Argenteuil: No minimum amount; Maximum amount: €45,000 (excl. VAT). Municipality of Asnières-sur-Seine: No minimum amount; Maximum amount: €45,000 (excl. VAT).
