1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the construction and reconstruction of roads as part of the investment task entitled "Efficient and environmentally friendly access to the infrastructure of the port of Świnoujście", divided into parts:

Part 1: Task No. 1 - Reconstruction of the district road (Barlickiego Street) "STAGE I" - from Dworcowa Street to the railway crossing km LK401 98+630 (km Barlickiego Street 0+380,23)

Part 2: Task No. 3a – "Reconstruction of the county road (People of the Sea Street) between the intersections with Barlickiego Street and the newly designed road (the so-called Forest Base Bypass) – the northern section from Barlickiego Street to Norwegian Street"

The subject of the contract for tasks 1 and 3a is described in the annex entitled "design documentation" and includes in particular:

• Roadworks,

• Sanitary industry – road drainage

•Lighting

• BRD devices

• Reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure, i.e. securing and rebuilding existing external equipment in accordance with the given technical conditions of their owners:

•Green

The division of the contract into parts was carried out taking into account the location of individual tasks and their homogeneity, possible collisions and the points of contact of the works carried out.

The subject of the contract for tasks 1 and 3a is described in the annex entitled: "design documentation" and includes in particular:

• Roadworks,

• Sanitary industry – road drainage

•Lighting

• BRD devices

• Reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure, i.e. securing and rebuilding existing external equipment in accordance with the given technical conditions of their owners:

•Green

The division of the contract into parts was carried out taking into account the location of individual tasks and their homogeneity, possible collisions and the points of contact of the works carried out.
