Through this public contract (which will take place in two phases), the National Lottery wishes to conclude a contract with a single service provider. The National Lottery is indeed looking for a partner to develop and operate its gaming platform.

This is a 2-phase procedure. The examination and selection of applications will be carried out on the basis of the selection guide (phase 1). This means that it is only your answer for PHASE 1 (selection phase) that must be entered via the e-tendering platform.
Any questions and answers and corrections will also be published and made available on the same website. The National Lottery therefore reserves the right not to answer any questions asked during phase 1 and relating to phase 2.

Due to the confidential nature of the information in the PHASE 2 contract documents, these documents will not be made available in Phase 1. Only selected applicants will receive Phase 2 contract documents. They will be asked to sign an NDA before receiving the documents.
