The invitation to tender concerns the purchase and provision of refuse collection services on commercial and quasi-household waste (municipal waste), including the installation, maintenance, repair and collection of collection equipment at start-up as well as at the end of the contract, collection and transport of waste for either recycling or disposal by incineration or landfill.

The tender also includes various services as well as rental and temporary installation of collection equipment for recyclable fractions for up to 3 months. These are only collection equipment for recyclable fractions, and not collection equipment for so-called "bulky waste"/"incineration suitable"/"mixed waste"/"waste for sorting".

The agreements will be valid from 01.01.2024 until and including 31.12.2026. The agreements are irrevocable by the Parties.

Each Ordering Entity has the option to extend the Agreements by 3 x 12 months on unchanged terms.
