The Châteaubriant-Derval community of municipalities resulting from the merger on 1.1.2017 of the Castelbriantais communities of municipalities and the Derval sector includes 26 municipalities for a total population of around 44,000 inhabitants. It provides “collection and treatment” skills for household and similar waste throughout its territory.

It exercises on behalf of all of its member municipalities:

- door-to-door collection in household waste bins,

- door-to-door collection of household packaging,

- selective collection by voluntary contribution of paper and glass,

- sorting of household packaging,

- the treatment of residual household waste,

- management of the bottom of the 5 waste reception centers.

This consultation concerns the collection and transfer of household and similar waste, and the management of the quay of waste reception centers.

Lot 1 is defined as follows:

- weighing (entry and exit), reception of residual household waste collected in the sector of the former Community of communes of Castelbriantais, and recharging of the flow in vehicles chartered by the treatment center retained by the community (in the context of a consultation to be launched in September 2020),

- weighing (entry and exit), reception of packaging collected in the sector of the former Community of communes of Castelbriantais and reloading of the flow in vehicles retained by the community (as part of a consultation to be launched in September 2020),

- administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating reports, etc.).

This lot is defined as follows:

- collection of papers / newspapers / magazines in column on the voluntary contribution points;

- collection of glass in columns at voluntary collection points, storage of collected glass and reloading in the buyers' trucks;

- administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating reports, etc.).

It is important to note that the realization of these services is organized according to 2 distinct operational phases taking into account the deadlines of the current markets:

- operational phase nº 1 (from the start of the market until 12.31.2021): the holder will ensure the collection of papers / newspapers / magazines and glass in voluntary contribution only on the communes of the ex Community of communes of Castelbriantais (appendix 1);

- operational phase nº 2 (from 1.1.2022 until the end of the contract): the holder will ensure the collection of paper / newspapers / magazines and glass in voluntary contribution on the whole territory of the Community of Châteaubriant municipalities -Derval (annex 1).

This lot is defined as follows:

- disposal and treatment / recovery of all the waste received on the Sudan, Rougé, Petit-Auverné, Châteaubriant and Lusanger sites (excluding green waste, EPR or special agreements);

- provision of containers (skips, boxes, miscellaneous) for most of the flows evacuated from the 5 sites;

- administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating reports, etc.).

This lot is defined as follows:

- disposal and treatment / recovery of all green waste received at the Sudan, Rougé, Petit-Auverné, Châteaubriant and Lusanger sites;

- provision of containers on the Sudan, Rougé and Petit-Auverné sites;

- administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating reports, etc.).
