The purpose of this contract is, firstly, to preventively maintain the safety equipment of the hospital units for persons detained by the Interregional Department of Penitentiary Services of the South East, and secondly to ensure curative maintenance. The maintenance services due by the holder are level 1 to 3, both for preventive maintenance and for corrective maintenance.
Preventive and curative maintenance of the safety equipment of the specially equipped hospital unit of the penitentiary center of MarseilleThe benefits of this contract are distributed as follows:
- preventive maintenance services are intended to reduce the probability of failure or degradation of the operation of an installation or equipment. It is financed through an annual fee. The service begins upon issuance of a service order corresponding to the lump sum indicated in the DPGF. These services are treated at a fixed price,
- The curative maintenance services are performed after detection of a fault or in anticipation of a malfunction via specific purchase orders. The maximum annual amount is 5,000 EUR HT.
