1.The subject of the contract is the supply of network and computer equipment for the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Rzeszów;

Part No. 1 - Delivery and installation of network and server equipment in the Ordering Party's environment.

Part No. 2 - Supply of computer equipment - desktops, laptops.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include;

for Lot No. 1 - Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.

for Lot No. 2 – Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of network and server equipment in the Ordering Party's environment.

Within the scope of the Contractor, the Contractor will perform works necessary to replace network and server equipment, services and installation and updating of systems at the Ordering Party listed below:

1. Purchase and exchange of 3 pcs. virtualization servers with a server operating system

2. Virtualization Services - VMware

3. Veeam Backup System Configuration Service for Modernized Environment

4. Huawei OceanStor Dorado 3000 V6 Array Update Service

5. Purchase and exchange of 1 pc. Server domain controller with server operating system

6. Purchase and replacement of the Tape Library – 1 pc.

7. Purchase and replacement of FC switch/switch - 2 pcs.

8. Purchase and replacement of switch 48 with power supply (core) - 2 pcs.

9. Purchase and replacement of switch 48 with power supply – 5 pcs.

10. Purchase and installation of a device to create a high Internet availability cluster

11. Replacement of FortiGate 40C access devices in Field Branches with new Firewall/gateway devices – 9 pcs.

12. Replacement of FortiAP 221B devices, purchase and installation of new Access Point devices – 11 pcs

Delivery of computer equipment – desktops, laptops.

Desktops with operating system 60 pcs.

Portable computers (laptops) with operating system 15 pcs.

Tablet with software, management software and stand 48 pcs.
