1. The subject matter of the Agreement includes:

1) sale and delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority's Registered Office of multimedia tablets and accessories (Devices) meeting the requirements set out in the SOPZ (both in terms of quantity and quality parameters), within the time limit and on the terms specified in this Agreement, in particular in the SOPZ

and in the Offer, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement;

2) providing documentation of the Devices;

3) provision of warranty services for the delivered Devices, on the terms and within the scope specified in § 10 of the Model Agreement and in the SOPZ.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the technical specification of the Equipment, is included in Appendix No. 1 – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ.

3. The Subject of the Contract to the extent specified in paragraph 1 consists of:

2) Type 2 multimedia tablet with accessories 5 pcs.

3) Type 3 multimedia tablet with accessories 10 pcs.

4) Type 4 multimedia tablet with accessories 10 pcs.

5) Type 5 multimedia tablet with accessories 10 pcs.

6) Stylus pen for type 1 tablet 10 pcs.

7) Stylus pen for tablet type 2 5 pcs.

8) Keyboard case for tablet type 1 10 pcs.

9) Tablet case type 1 10 pcs.

10) Tablet case type 2 5 pcs.

11) Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric field for tablet type 2 5 pcs.

12) Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric field for tablet type 2 5 pcs.
