Development of an update of technical documentation consisting in execution of a detailed construction inventory of two sections of the inactive 3x Dn 400 ground heating network, previously supplying heat to greenhouses in Wieruszew from the Konin power plant located in Gosławice, Konin poviat, together with the update of determining the geodetic numbers of plots and their owners, on which the network is located, as well as:
- drawing up a detailed cost estimate for the demolition project together with a quantitative summary and the price of demolition materials based on technical documentation prepared in 2013 by "Biosanita Zakład Inżynierii Środowiska - Wacław Nowacki"
- preparation of the assessment of the suitability of the obtained demolition materials (especially steel pipes) for sale as a utility material along with the calculation of the sale price of these materials,
- based on calculations, issuing an opinion (based on the best-to-obtain price) of the profitability of alternative envisaged proceedings:
a. the sale of the said network as a consumable material to be obtained during demolition by the entity that will purchase the materials,
or
b. demolition of the network as a construction work.
